As I walked into the store, I feel like I am entering an exquisite show case gallery and where I feel more welcome to step into the store to experience Samsung’s innovation and cutting-edge technology.

Service Centre
The biggest Samsung experience store is also the third customer service centre in Singapore; the store operates between 11 am to 9 pm daily. There are Samsung specialist/ technicians in-store to repair devices for smart phones and tablets. With the new Quick Repair Service, consumers can also expect their devices to be repaired or serviced within an hour.
Consumers can choose to wait in their comfy lounge setting to enjoys drinks from their in-house café. Alternatively consumers can enjoy browsing the store or engage with the different experiential zones.
Samsung Connect Home
As Singapore is venturing into a “smart nation”, Samsung has a solution to make your home “smarter” too. Samsung has this Connect Home ecosystem to allow home owners to control the home’s smart devices and appliances from the mobile phone, the Samsung Connect Home is one of the experiential zones to showcase on how it works.
4D VR rides with Samsung Gear VR
Experience 4D virtual reality with the Samsung Gear VR in the store for free; you don’t have to buy a ticket at Universal Studios @ Sentosa to enjoy the 4D virtual reality fun.
Personalised Customisation Service
The store also offers a personalised customisation service where customers can customise their smart phone covers with available designs.
